Hi 👋, my name is Arielle and I hold an E-RYT-200, RYT-500 certification from Yoga Alliance. All those fancy letters basically mean that I have a “Masters” in Yoga and have taught more than 1,000 hours of yoga to the public.

I’ve had the honor of teaching at nationally known yoga studios in New York City and Miami, and while I loved my time traveling and teaching at studios, I’m constantly meeting women who are looking for a more flexible and down to earth way to practice Yoga and Meditation as a way to level up their physical and mental fitness. (no Lulu’s, Matcha, or gossip needed here 😉).

So, I created a unique program specifically for women who want:
